This design-led 4-star property welcomes business and leisure travellers alike, with 24-hour automated check-in via a kiosk at the entrance. Its 48 non-smoking rooms, including several family suites and long-stay suites, feature soundproofed floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV, a safe and a bathroom with a rain shower and illuminated make-up mirror. Guests can choose between two restaurants and a bar serving a light menu, alongside several modern conference rooms and business facilities. A rooftop lounge with a panoramic terrace offers sweeping views over Liechtenstein and the Rhine valley. Hotel kommod is located in Ruggell, at the very north of Liechtenstein, in a quiet recreational area beside the Rhine, about 1.5 km from the A13 motorway. The Biedermannhaus traditional house-museum and the remains of Obere Burg castle are just a few kilometres away. The capital Vaduz and its castle can be reached in around twenty minutes by car. The region is well suited to cycling along the Rhine as well as excursions across the border triangle of Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria. Sankt Gallen-Altenrhein Airport is about 25 km away, while Nendeln and Forst Hilti railway stations are just minutes away.
